Flavors of Life

Once upon a time, there was a young girl/boy. She/He had a horrible childhood, and then she met the love of her life, or a hero. By some miracle they lived happily ever after. long story short of most childhood literature, yet this is a horrible orientation for life. It simply send this message: your life sucks, but wait for a miracle to happen

I have no intention to bla bla about the definition of happiness since the web is full of it, and I don't really know what is it! However, I noticed that a person is happy when he is satisfied with what he has, which goes along by avoiding some of the seven deadly sins such as greed. Another thing contributes in happiness is modesty, so like what you have and be modest even if you THINK you have more than others.

Done? now my dear your life is butter. It is tasteful, yellow and you can start adding flavor in it! you like salt? go to the beach, and since Butter usually eaten with or in some other food, try being social by finding other people. Butter, The Irresistible Enemy

Indeed, butter is the enemy of fitness thanks to its huge amount of calories, yet people can't resist its delicious savor. What do people think of butter?

" Greasy, so I don't eat it."

"Delicious, gives more taste to the food."

" American food, they mix it with sandwiches like peanut butter."

Boo butter - Credit to Hallelujah
" It's buttery and yellow."

" Full of calories."
"Absolutely love it. I refuse to give it up. I love cooking with it."

"Makes the food sticky, and it gives a good flavor. It also reminds me of GLUE since I eat the cubic butter, which sticks sometimes."

"I use it with honey to get a great taste."

"Oily, necessary ingredient."

"Delicious, so good it can make anything delicious, but it has fat so its one of my Guilty Pleasures."

"The main ingredient of the Butter Chicken, an Indian recipe. Butter makes everything delicious and makes you fat."

Dear Butter, people know you're going to enlarge them, but they still love you. Is that right butter eaters?

Let The Butter Guide You

Electricity went out? oh damn.. and you don't have a candle ? well hopefully you have butter. If you do, allow me to tell you how to make a butter candle !

Source

Yes, butter is flammable. In order to make a candle, you need a toilet paper, butter and ,yes you guessed it, a fire source.

Source
First, cut the butter cube in half. second  by using a sharp tool, drill into the heart of the butter. After that, take a small piece from the toilet paper, roll it, let it absorb some butter and stick it inside the whole.

Source
Finally, light the buttery candle and enjoy the light, and may the butter show us the path. Have you ever thought of it? this should come in handy sometimes, especially if electricity goes out a lot where you live. Thank you Life hacks

Sweeten the butter of your life

People get bored in a long routine. Their life lacks flavor, so they try to have fun. Most People travel to have fun. I am no different.

My trip to the US was the first travel in 6 years of study and work. Even though I traveled to pursue a higher degree, I was full of energy and I made the most of it in the first months.

Oasis, Texas, 9/12

Stone Mountain, Georgia 10/12

Washington DC, 8/12

I googled the activities, events and touristic places to go in the cities where I went. I made several friends during these trips and we had fun. After a while, I met friends who've been here for a while, and apparently they are bored just like if they were home. I new that I will be like them after a while! I started asking myself: Is it necessary to travel to make all the fun?

What if I had done this at home, looking for places and events to have fun? What  could I have found?

Lots of fun! Yup, the kind of fun you can have on weekends, and thankfully you already have a lot friends in your home.

Sometimes people spend small fortunes in traveling and doing things they can do at home. Indeed traveling is good, but some times we need a small dose of sweet to suppress the boring routine right?

Objects and stories

Words reveal who the person is, they said. However, objects can tell who the person is as well !

The computer

In the left top of my computer you can see a list of games, some may think am a gamer. Indeed i love games, but i rarely play! i just like to fill my PC with games in case i get bored

A view from San Francisco, California

The palm trees are magnificent ! they are very common in my hometown. Palm tree is unique, its leaves doesn't fall, and it dies if the top is cut.

The morning beverage

Wait second, That's not coffee! yep, my morning beverage is the subway fruit punch. No thx i don't need caffeine since i slept pretty well yesterday

Eye
Look into my eyes.. it is good to have an eye contact in most situations

Shoe
Several people commented on it! though i didn't pay an attention on the color or the shape when buying them. Sometimes shoes can tell if a person is an athlete or fashioner

Dance

The islamic mystic art (Sufism). So peaceful and it connects the person to the higher realms.. somehow

My room

My small world where i spend most of  my time, though am not there literally since I was sleeping, but this is my first sight every morning since moved to the US

A view from my apartment

Atlanta, this is where i live(d) for the past few months. Classy buildings made of blocks, not the modern glass boxes as my landlord call them. This view shows the integrity and the solidity of the place. People are living here for a while huh! and there is history behind these walls.

Da da, hopefully you find some of the pictures interesting, and if a picture has talked to you, please tell us what it said

A Star

Let us think about the magnificent far far away star we stare upon every night.

 Twinkle twinkle little star
Now I  know you are not little
I wonder if you are still there
   Hundreds of solar years far

Source

Stars born with an explosion, so big that they radiate light and produce magnetic field. Maybe, I wasn't there when it happened, millions of  solar years ago.

Source
Unfortunately, the stars we see died millions of years ago, the light of the stars we see traveled for millenniums. Similarly, if there were creatures living near the stars and looking at the earth through some scopes, the will see pharaohs building pyramids! according to researchers.

Hopefully you find this story interesting, and it helped you know a little more about stars .

* Google the sources, I don't recall where i read that stuff

You

You are the Butter and the bread,
       the Coffee and the sugar.
You are the roses on the yard
and the Tiny drops of the Rain.
You are the Lens of the sun
and the young kids suddenly in the run.

However, you are not the Smoke in the streets,
       the cracks on the curb,
       or the nest of squirrels.
And you are certainly not the annoying beep.
There is just no way you are the annoying beep.
